Does Reposyn take a commission on my orders?
No. Reposyn never takes a percentage of your sales. You pay your plan's flat monthly price, and every order you take, online, at the counter or from a table QR code, is yours in full.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Plan prices are published on our pricing page. Setting up Reposyn yourself is free. If you would rather have us build your website, import your menu and connect payments, delivery, tables and printers, we do that for you free during early access. The only other cost is your card payment provider's standard processing fee, which they charge you directly. Reposyn adds nothing on top.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Every guest who orders or books through your Reposyn website becomes your customer, with their contact details and order history in your dashboard, and you can reach them with your own campaigns.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your website works on a free Reposyn address straight away, and plans that include custom domains let you connect your own (like yourrestaurant.com).
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No. You start with a ready-made website and a step-by-step Getting Started guide. Add your menu, set your hours and you are ready to take orders.
Can I keep using delivery marketplaces?
Of course. Many restaurants keep a marketplace listing for discovery and use Reposyn to turn those first-time guests into regulars who order direct, commission-free.
Is Reposyn an alternative to DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub commissions?
Reposyn is where you send guests to order from you directly. Marketplaces charge a percentage of each order. Reposyn charges a flat monthly price and takes 0% of your sales, so the orders you move to your own website are yours in full. Many restaurants keep their marketplace listings to be found and use Reposyn to win repeat orders.
